Would be good to have the multi-field analysis comparison as you do with multifam that shows current rent returns, estimated rent returns, and estimated rent with renovation returns.

The blue return percentage doesn’t say what it is exactly - cash on cash, cap rate, something else? Could this be a return calculated based on user’s preferences (e.g. I say I always plan brrrr with 75% ltv, maybe someone wants to buy all cash, the return% should be different).

Can we clarify what the return indicates in the listings?

I tried to load a link that a client sent …property/5450218, and nothing loads up. Is there a way to look up that property by the number? It could have gone off market. I also had another client say they could not load the copied link. Maybe there is a process we need to figure out.

Appears tax info isn’t being pulled in propertly? Showing $0. Also, noticing many properties put $0 in for trash.
