Can't load up linked property

I tried to load a link that a client sent …property/5450218, and nothing loads up. Is there a way to look up that property by the number? It could have gone off market. I also had another client say they could not load the copied link. Maybe there is a process we need to figure out.

1756 F St. Listing- Rent/Sqft is listed as $1 but that’s for estimated rent of $2130 on property with 1528 sqft. Should be $1.39/sqft.

How does a user know if the rent is before or after renovations are done. Can there be some indication the rent displayed is after renovation rents?

Need to be able to adjust expenses on initial input form on backend agent side

I can only adjust expenses on the front end, not when I’m inputting income and expenses on the backend. That would be super helpful, thanks!
